  • Be sure washer and dryer are empty; clean out lint trap
  • Check light bulbs through, change if necessary
  • Wipe off patio furniture and clean barbecue grill
  • Reset HVAC controls to proper settings for arriving guests or empty property
  • Kitchen
  • Clean inside/outside of refrigerator and
  • Empty dishwasher, and quickly organize cupboards
  • Restock detergent, liquid dish soap, coffee filters, and trash bags
  • Put out new dishtowels, and dish rag/sponge
  • Wipe all chairs of food & crumbs
